Circuit Breaker Arrangement
Dear customer,
Our office will stop all retail activities from 8th April until 1st June for the Circuit Breaker.
We understand many companies and school are going to operate and learn from home.
We will do some arrangement to continue support our customers.
*The situation is still evolving and we will monitoring all government related sites.
We will updating this page whenever there are new developements.
Self-pickup is not available during Circuit Breaker Period
Online retail / business have to follow the Circuit Breaker instruction,
all purchase have to be shipped. No self-collect allowed at this period.
We appreciate for your understanding on this matter.
3D printing service
Order placed before 4th April
We will work over the weekend to make sure all orders can complete and ready for pickup or delivery before 8th April.
Order placed after 4th April
We will arrange some 3D printers at home to continue the FDM 3D printing service, however there are only very limited number of 3D printers we can have, printing time maybe slightly longer than usual office hour.
Colour: White and Black
Size: Within 200 x 200 x 250 mm.
Shipping Method: Self-pickup is not allowed at the Circuit Breaker peroid. Only 2 to 4 days local shipping.
3D printing Services of Resin (SLA) and Nylon (SLS) are not available.
Filament purchase
Order placed before 6th April
For customer who wanted to purchase sufficient filaments to print from home at this period, please order over the weekend (4th and 5th April), we will work on this weekend to process all filaments and 3D printer orders, arrange them to be shipped out before Wednesday.
Order placed after 6th April 11am
All filament orders will still be shipped during the circuit breaker period. Just that maybe take slight longer due to the high delivery demand.
Shipping Method: Self-pickup is not allowed at the Circuit Breaker period. Only 2 to 4 days local shipping.
Shipping maybe slightly longer
We foresee the demand on shipping service will be high in this period, the order maybe take slightly longer to reach you.
