This is to cut down printing time and cost. The higher percentage the infill is, the more solid the printed object is. Beside the solidness, infill also act as a support for the roof of the object, in some cases, printing without infill may causing the top of the part collapse. 20% is the most common setting to be used, it printed in shoter time and given a relatively sufficient support to the object top / roof.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Q: What is layer height?” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]

A: The layer height define the thickness of each layer, 3D printing process deposit material layer by layer to form an object. For normal usage prototyping, 200 micron is good enough.

Just to take note, 200 or 100 micron layer height doesn’t mean it can print even thinner detail. Anything thinner than the nozzle diameter are unable to be processed by the software as the setting is mean for 0.4mm nozzle. Other than the thin feature, most of the miniature figurine need masive support material, the support material could be bolder than the figurine itself, it’s very easy to be broken during support removal process.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][/et_pb_accordion][et_pb_text disabled_on=”on|on|on” _builder_version=”4.18.0″ disabled=”on” global_colors_info=”{}”]

Resin (SLA) and Nylon (SLS)

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_accordion disabled_on=”on|on|on” _builder_version=”4.18.0″ disabled=”on” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Things to note when design part for Resin and Nylon printing” open=”on” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”]

1) Export your files in mm (millimeter), in the actual print size you want it to be.

2) Suggested file format are .stl or .obj

3) Merge/boolean/union all intersecting objects into a single solid (watertight) object, make sure no intersecting objects, no broken polygon, no extra unwanted spline or edge.

4) Minumum wall thickness Resin (SLA)

White Resin: Minimum 0.5 mm

Transparent Resin: Minimum 1 mm

5) Minumum wall thickness Resin (SLA)

Minimum 0.8 mm

Please note that a bove suggested minimum thickness could be vary from different design, longer area should be made thicker than the suggested minimum thickness.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Q: Why it take so long to print with Resin and Nylon?” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]

A: We work with our partner to provide the Resin and Nylon prinitng, parts will be printed oversea and ship back here, therefore will take longer on the process.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Q: Can you help me to polish the printed part?” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]

A: We only focusing on the 3D printing services, con’t handle the post process services, therefore we can’t help sanding or polish your printed part.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Q: Can you help me to paint my part?” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]

A: We can’t help painting your part as we only focusing on 3D printing services at the moment, we will provide painting service when we have more man power.

[/et_pb_accordion_item][/et_pb_accordion][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

FAQ 3D Printing Service3D Printing 3D Printer Member Filament Payment Shipping Colour of material Points and Rewards Refund Warranty – Creality Warranty – Elegoo Warranty – Artillery Warranty – Sovol Warranty – Other General 3D Printing QuestionsUpdated on 2025-01-02 A: There will a Startup Cost added per each cart, you will see the Startup Cost […]

["post-49417","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
