Damping motors have been applied to all four z-axes on the flying gantry. This is done to prevent the gantry from unexpectedly dropping in the event of a power outage or filament running out during a print. The damping motors help keep the gantry stabilized if the printing process becomes interrupted.

Bid farewell to the hassle of manual leveling using A4 paper. SV08 employs pressure sensors to autonomously adjust the distance between the nozzle and the build plate, ensuring the optimal first-layer print quality right after a quick test print.

Before each printing, SV08 precisely levels the specific location where printing will occur, eliminating the need to auto-adjust the Z value across the entire build plate. This significantly reduces the preparation time required before printing.

Offering significant advantages through its unique traveltrain design and 5.2:1 gear ratio, including improved print accuracy, increased extrusion force, enhanced durability and reliability, and the ability to handle a wider range of materials.

SV08 is equipped with a 5020 fan (10000pm) and a 3010 fan (15000pm) to provide cooling for the filament.
The airflow, optimized through the air duct, blows from three sides towards the filament, ensuring that it remains sufficiently cooled even during rapid printing. This also helps in improving the overall print quality by reducing warping and improving overhangs.

Packaging consolidates all the critical hotend components into a self-contained module. This streamlines assembly and maintenance while also enabling better thermal control for more precise 3D printing. Together with a ceramic heating element, make the hotend reliable and heating fast.
