This can be caused by part cooling problem.
If you notice the overhang area of your part is very rough, the support are stuck too firm on the actual part and hard to be removed, this could be:
1) Part fan not strong enough, or only at one side
Upgrade to a 5015 radial part fan or modify the fan duct will help.
2) Part fan broken
Replace one will fix. Fan can be found at our shop.
