Register Your 3D printer Warranty

If you purchase a 3D printer from BuildIt Full store at other platform such as Shopee, Lazada or TikTok. Congratulation! You can become our 3D Printer member and enjoy special proce on some products. Kindly proceed to register for the warranty and membership at the link below:

*The warranty registration is not compulsory; the Artilery 3D printer you purchased comes with a global warranty. However, registering can be helpful in case the manufacturer needs to verify the purchase records with us.

Build It Full Do Not have Return and Refund Policy of Artillery 3D Product

Artillery 3D product order from Build It Full website or other Platform is not having return and refund policy once the box is opened.

Customer can contact Artillery 3D at their official website for technical support and warranty claim.

Maintenance policy

This policy applies to products bought directly from Artillery or its authorized distributors and remains valid throughout the warranty period. Your purchase of Artillery products is ensured against material or quality issues during normal use within the warranty period.

Warranties may differ across various products and components. The complete machine is warranted for one 12 months (excluding complimentary items).

For warranty details concerning major machine components, kindly consult the table below or reach out to Artillery 3D’s after-sales service team to acquire and confirm specific warranties for your purchased products or parts. Unless otherwise specified in a special agreement with Artillery, the warranty period of the product begins from the order delivery date.

Please note that the warranty duration will be based on the latest terms outlined on the Artillery 3D official website.

Conditions for Applying for After-Sales Service:

  1. The customer is required to provide accurate and comprehensive proof of purchase, which includes:
    • Order number from the purchase made at Artillery or an authorized Artillery dealer.
    • Purchase invoice.
    • Dated sales receipt from an authorized distributor, indicating product details and price.
  2. It may be necessary to furnish the serial number of the product in need of service along with visible evidence describing the encountered problem.
  3. Products may need to be returned for diagnostic testing. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If your product malfunctions during the warranty period, you can avail after-sales service through the following methods:

How Artillery Provides Technical Support

Artillery offers technical support primarily through email correspondence. Our after-sales service team can guide you through troubleshooting steps, including downloading and installing necessary software updates. If your issue persists and falls within the warranty coverage, Artillery will arrange for the replacement of faulty parts at no cost.

For warranty claims concerning quality concerns, Artillery will endeavour to meet your requirements. If Artillery post-sales engineer determines the product is unusable, Artillery will offer a replacement or refund. All replacement parts carry the same warranty period as the original defective product.

Note: Processing warranty claims may necessitate various proofs of purchase, such as payment receipts and confirmation of the original shipping address.

Non-Warranty Terms

The warranty does not cover the following conditions:

  1. Out-of-warranty products.
  2. Freebies.
  3. Used products.
  4. Failure to provide legitimate purchase documents, receipts, or invoices, or if there is suspicion of forgery or alteration of such documents.
  5. Damage or failure caused by unauthorized product use or modification, including exposure to moisture, foreign object ingress (water, oil, sand, etc.), or incorrect installation or operation.
  6. Tampering or alteration of product labels, serial numbers, etc.
  7. Damage or failure due to force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
  8. Other circumstances not specified in this policy.

If a return is initiated by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping fee, which depends on the chosen express company.

In cases where goods are received damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
