Q: Can I get a refund for 3D Printing Services?
A: 3D printing is made to order item, it’s not return and refundable. However we do refund in some special cases:
1) When the customer placed order but the part(s) is unprintable, and the customer not able to edit or amend the part(s).
2) Part(s) checked with software shown printable, but when going to the printing process it just can’t be printed (it’s rare but sometime it happens).
Q: What is the procedure and how long does the refund process take?
A: We will refund to the customer with the same payment method of the particular order is made.
For payment made by PayNow or Direct bank transfer (FAST), we will need the following detail to process the payment:
Name of the bank account:
Bank account number:
Name and phone number used to made the order:
Please note that there will be $0.5 charged by the bank. It may take few days for the process and transaction. We will do it as soon as we can.
Q: Is there any charges on the refund?
A: Immediate direct bank transfer or PayNow transfer from our bank account will be charged $0.5 by the bank (subjected to changes by the bank). Payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
