Warranty Claim

Warranty Claim from Build It Full.

1) Make sure you’ve registered the warranty at our website with the correct purchase information.

We will verifying your warranty claim with your warranty registration information and contact you by email for more information of the issue.

It maybe installation or firmware issue, we will try our best to provide support. If it’s a faulty product, we will need to get approval from Creality.

Once Creality Support Team approve the warranty claim, we will prepare the replacement part(s) and you can collect it at our office.

If we don’t have the part(s), Creality will ship it to us, it may take some time, we will contact to come collect at our office once we received it.

Creality support may ask you for the purcahse proof such as invoice or screenshot of purchase information at Shopee or Lazada.

Once the information is verified, Creality will support you on the technical issue, or ship you the replacement part directly if it’s a faulty part. The process will be done without going through Build It Full.

Please note that according to what we told by the Creality Support,  https://store.creality.com is not the manufacturer website, it’s their biggest reseller website.

 

Q: Why Build It Full can not arrange Creality to ship dirrectly warranty claim items to customer?

A: Proviously we did that, but Creality changed their policy and this is how it works now. If customer wish to get items that shipped directly from Creality, they have to contact Creality on their own.

The new policy is that Warranty Claim that go through reseller or distributor will be shipped to reseller or distributor address.

 


Creality 3D Printer Warranty

 

3D Printer Warranty Period

  1. 12 months Limited Warranty begins from the date you purchase your product from us on mainboard, screen,  power supply.
  2. 3 months Limited Warranty on hotend, fans, heated bed, stepper motor, endstop, switches.
  3. 2 weeks Limited Defected Part Warranty for wear and tear parts. (nozzle, glass platform, PEI buuld plate, PTFE tube etc)

 

What is not included?

  1. Product that is not purchase from us.
  2. Damages including, but not limited to damages caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster, or transportation.
  3. No warranty for gifts(Micro SDcard, USB cable, wrench, scraper, pliers, PLA filament etc)
  4. Heated bed surface / prinitng sheet, magnetic build surface will be covered in Limited Defected Part Warranty.

Note:

  • Warranty is not included user error and any modification carried out by an unauthorized service organization on the 3D printer.
    If the part is broken, you can purcahse the spare parts in affordable price.
  • Shipping fee is not included, there will be shipping charge if you need us to send the spare part to you.

 

How does it work?

  1. Send us an email with the proof of photo or video with description and tell us which platform of the Build It Full shop you purchase the product from. Also the invoice number and serial number of the 3D printer as reference.
  2. If the part is eligible for warranty, we will prepare the part and contact you to pickup at our office.
  3. Sometime we may need to have more information from you and get approval from Creality support department. If they approved, we will prepare the spare part and contact you to pickup at our office.
  4. In the case that we are running out or don’t have the particular spare part, we will get Creality China office to send it to us. It may take some time to reach our office, once we receive it, we will contact you to pickup at our office.

Note:
Installation fee is not included, there will be charges if you need us to diagnose, install or replace the part for you.

  5. In the case that we are running out or don’t have the particular spare part, we will get Creality China office to send it to us. It may take some time to reach our office, once we receive it, we will contact you to pickup at our office.

Micro Swiss Product Warranty

Micro Swiss products doens’t comes with warranty.

Filament Warranty

All filaments do not come with warranty.

3rd Party Parts Warranty

3rd party hardware parts such as Bearings, Peaumatic Connector, PTFE Tube, Belt Tensioner etc  are not covered by warranty.

Here are the items covered by warranty:

1. Stepper motor (30 days warranty)

2. Fan (3 days)

 

What is not included?

  1. Product that is not purchase from us.
  2. Damages cause by user error including, but not limited to damages caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster, dropping, or transportation.
  3. Product exit warranty period. Warranty period is calculated from the date of purcahse.

Installation of 3D Printer and Modification Service

Assemble 3D printer and upgrade part(s)
If you commission us to assemble the 3D printer and upgrade part(s), we will do a small test run after assembly, make sure it is ready to use before you bring it home.
There will be 30 days warranty, if you noticed there is issue on the installation such as Z ripple, nozzle leaking etc, just bring back the 3D printer to us we will fix it for you without charges.

Just assemble upgrade part(s)
If you just commission us to install the upgrade parts without the 3D Printer, we will may not do test print, but just test and make sure the upgrade parts works properly, 5 working days warranty if the assembled upgrade part is having issue, such as nozzle leaking, fan not working etc.

 

Diagnostic and Repair Service

Onsite cost is charge per trip basis.

After tested without issue, the case will consider fixed and closed. Within 5 working days if there is still having issue we will go down to check and fix again. Custoemr won’t be charge again on the service cost, but we will still charge onsite per trip cost.
