Q: How do you ensure the quality of your filaments?

A: We source our filaments directly from top-tier manufacturers who use premium-grade raw resin pellets. Before we commit to importing any batch, we put the material through rigorous in-house testing to ensure excellent diameter consistency and structural integrity.

Furthermore, we use these exact same filaments every day for our own commercial 3D printing services. Our clients love the results, and our high ratings across all local marketplaces reflect our commitment to reliability.

Q: How should I store my filament in Singapore's weather?

A: Because Singapore is exceptionally humid, filament storage is critical. Ambient humidity in a room with open windows can easily exceed 70%, and exposed filament will rapidly absorb moisture from the air. Wet filament leads to stringing, popping at the nozzle, brittle prints, and poor layer adhesion.

When not in use, we highly recommend storing your spools inside a high-quality, airtight ziplock bag or a dedicated dry box. In our own office, we maintain a strictly controlled environment with a heavy-duty dehumidifier keeping the humidity around 50%.

Q: Can I exchange the color or type of my filament?

A: Yes, we accept color or material exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are strictly met:

  1. Proof of Purchase: A valid order number from our website, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok shop must be provided.

  2. Original Sealed Condition: The filament must remain entirely unopened inside its original, factory-sealed vacuum bag.

  3. Undamaged Packaging: The exterior box and official seals must be intact and free from major damage.

Exchange Rules:

  • Equal or Lower Value: You may exchange for an item of equal or lower value. Please note that no refund will be issued for the price difference if a cheaper item is chosen.

  • Higher Value: If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be topped up.

Q: Can I mail in my filament for an exchange?

A: To guarantee a successful exchange, we highly recommend doing it face-to-face at our office.

3D printing filaments are vacuum-sealed and fragile during transit. If you choose to mail the item back and the packaging or vacuum seal is punctured or damaged by the courier, we will be unable to accept it for an exchange. Bringing it to us in person eliminates this courier risk and allows us to inspect, verify, and hand you your replacement instantly on the spot.

Q: Why don't you offer returns, refunds, or free shipping for exchanges?

A: To offer you the lowest possible prices on our website, we cut out the high commission fees and forced logistics overhead charged by third-party marketplaces. Major platforms build the massive costs of “free shipping, impulse buying, and easy returns” directly into their higher retail prices.

By operating with a strict no-return, no-refund policy and not absorbing exchange shipping costs, we eliminate these hidden expenses. This allows us to pass 100% of the savings directly to you, ensuring our serious builders always get the best value on supplies.

Q: My filament isn’t printing well. Can I get an exchange or refund?

A: Most printing issues stem from minor calibration discrepancies, incorrect slicer settings, or hardware wear-and-tear rather than a defect in the material itself. If a newly opened spool is giving you trouble, please contact us with photos/videos of the print failure along with your exact settings:

  • Printing Speed:

  • Nozzle Temperature:

  • Bed Temperature:

  • Printer Model:

Our technical team will gladly assist you in troubleshooting the issue. If we are unable to resolve it remotely and you believe the filament is defective, you may return the spool to our office (in person or via courier at your own expense) for a laboratory test print:

  1. If the filament fails our test print: If our test confirms a manufacturing defect or bad quality batch, we will immediately issue a brand-new replacement spool and cover the return shipping to you.

  2. If the filament prints perfectly on our machines: If the test print succeeds, it confirms the material is performing as intended. The customer will then need to collect their spool back from our office or arrange their own courier return.

Q: I used the exact same settings as my old PLA, so why is yours not printing properly?

A: Not all PLAs are created equal. Different manufacturers use distinct raw resin formulations, coloring pigments, and blending ratios, meaning their optimal printing windows will vary. Even a 5–10°C difference can drastically change your extrusion quality.
