Micro Swiss Product Warranty

Micro Swiss products doens’t comes with warranty.

Filament Warranty

All filaments do not come with warranty.

3rd Party Parts Warranty

3rd party hardware parts such as Bearings, Peaumatic Connector, PTFE Tube, Belt Tensioner etc  are not covered by warranty.

Here are the items covered by warranty:

1. Stepper motor (30 days warranty)

2. Fan (3 days)

 

What is not included?

  1. Product that is not purchase from us.
  2. Damages cause by user error including, but not limited to damages caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster, dropping, or transportation.
  3. Product exit warranty period. Warranty period is calculated from the date of purcahse.

Installation of 3D Printer and Modification Service

Assemble 3D printer and upgrade part(s)
If you commission us to assemble the 3D printer and upgrade part(s), we will do a small test run after assembly, make sure it is ready to use before you bring it home.
There will be 30 days warranty, if you noticed there is issue on the installation such as Z ripple, nozzle leaking etc, just bring back the 3D printer to us we will fix it for you without charges.

Just assemble upgrade part(s)
If you just commission us to install the upgrade parts without the 3D Printer, we will may not do test print, but just test and make sure the upgrade parts works properly, 5 working days warranty if the assembled upgrade part is having issue, such as nozzle leaking, fan not working etc.

 

Diagnostic and Repair Service

Onsite cost is charge per trip basis.

After tested without issue, the case will consider fixed and closed. Within 5 working days if there is still having issue we will go down to check and fix again. Custoemr won’t be charge again on the service cost, but we will still charge onsite per trip cost.
