Register Your 3D printer Warranty
If you purchase a 3D printer from BuildIt Full store at other platform such as Shopee, Lazada or TikTok. Congratulation! You can become our 3D Printer member and enjoy special proce on some products. Kindly proceed to register for the warranty and membership at the link below:

*The warranty registration is not compulsory; the Elegoo 3D printer you purchased comes with a global warranty. However, registering can be helpful in case the manufacturer needs to verify the purchase records with us.
Announcement
Our local distributor Project 3Dimension were step down of the distributor position, customer that previously adviced to look for local distributor are suggest to go to Elegoo official website directly for technical support and warranty claim.
Elegoo don’t send spare parts to us for warranty, they will need to verify the issue from the customer, decide whether the case is valid for warranty and which of the replacement part need to be sent to customer.
Build It Full Do Not have Return and Refund Policy of Elegoo Product
Elegoo product order from Build It Full website or other Build It Full store at other platform are not having return and refund policy once the box is opened.
Elegoo suggest customer to contact Elegoo at their official website for technical support and warranty claim.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
Regarding defective or damaged products, please contact Elegoo at the customer service channels below to acquire technical support or exchange.

When contacting Elegoo customer service team, buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase (order number from online purchases made through ELEGOO, Amazon or other ELEGOO’s authorized resellers), tell Elegoo which product you purchased, and describe the problem as clearly as possible through text, images or short videos. This will help Elegoo team to process your inquiries and help you solve the problems more efficiently.
Following Conditions Are Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
- Purchases from illegitimate resource or second-handed parties
Note:
Installation fee is not included, there will be charges if you need us to diagnose, install or replace the part for you.
*We recommend that customers refer to the warranty period for each component on the Elegoo website, as Elegoo website will have the latesr information.
